Our limousine services are here for your personal or professional transportation needs, but only with lawful intentions in accordance with these terms and conditions. - Reservation and Payment
You can make reservations through either our website or customer service department, using either Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards as payment. We accept these major cards. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled pick-up time without incurring a cancellation fee of 50% of total fare, while any no-shows will incur full fare charges and refunds will be issued via the same form as original payment. - Passenger Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation, to be at the scheduled pick-up location at the scheduled time and place, to inform us immediately of any delays or changes to your schedule, or any damages to either the limousine itself or its contents during its rental period. - Limit of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited by law. We cannot be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of using our services; including lost profits, business opportunities or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise as a result. - Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously, and will only use any personal data provided to us for providing our services or as required by law. We won’t disclose it to third parties without first receiving legal authorization to do so. - Law and Jurisdiction
Our Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which we operate. Should any disputes arise out of or relate to these Terms and Conditions, they will be addressed through state or federal courts located within that state.
